Where do you operate?
Our home base is the Hamptons and Long Island. We serve all of Long Island, Manhattan and the boroughs, Connecticut, New Jersey, and every regional airport: JFK, LGA, EWR, ISP, HPN, FOK (Westhampton) and HTO (East Hampton).
How far ahead should I book?
For airport runs and point-to-point, 24 hours is usually enough; same-day is often possible by calling or texting (631) 633-6000. For weddings, events and multi-vehicle convoys, book as early as you can, especially for Hamptons summer weekends.
What vehicles do you have?
Blacked-out luxury SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Navigator, GMC Yukon) for up to six passengers, executive sedans (Mercedes S-Class, Cadillac XTS) for one or two, and a Mercedes VIP Sprinter for groups. For larger parties we run several vehicles together as a convoy.
Do you track flights?
Yes. Share your flight number or private terminal and we adjust the pickup to the actual arrival.
Can you wait, or make several stops?
Yes. Choose hourly / as-directed service and the chauffeur stays with you.
How does pricing work?
Every quote is personal to the route, date, vehicle and timing. Send a request and we confirm the price before anything is booked. No payment is taken online.
Is a deposit required?
For weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings, half is due up front to hold the date and the balance after the event. Regular airport and point-to-point clients are simply billed after the ride.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change, and we try to work with you. Rides cancelled with reasonable notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within a few hours of pickup carry a cancellation fee, and a ride cancelled inside the final hour is normally charged in full. We confirm the exact terms for your booking when we send the quote.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child and booster seats are available on request for a small additional fee; just tell us the ages of the children when you book.
Do you work with event planners and venues?
Yes, often. Email info@limitlessviplimo.com or send a request and we will come back with a transportation plan.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is available on request for venues and corporate accounts.
